Bellingham International Airport

Train
Amtrak service connects Seattle, Bellingham and Vancouver, B.C. Two northbound trains depart Seattle: 7:40 a.m. (arrives in Bellingham at approximately 9:44 a.m.) and 6:40 p.m. (arrives Bellingham at 9:05 p.m.). Two southbound trains depart Bellingham at 8:35 a.m. (arrives Seattle at 10:55 p.m.) and 7:40 p.m. (arrives Seattle at 10:05 p.m.). Trains depart at the Fairhaven Station (I-5 Exit 250).

Ferries, Cruises and Marinas
Alaska Marine Highway System: Bellingham is the southern port of the Alaska Ferry, which departs from the Bellingham Cruise Terminal in Fairhaven (I-5 Exit 250). The ferry makes a week-long voyage through Alaska’s Inside Passage. For information and reservations, call (360) 676-8445 or (800) 642-0066. Cruise terminal parking: Self-pay lot, no reservations. Day use:$6.00. Weekly: $30.00.
San Juan Islands and Victoria:Bellingham has seasonal passenger ferries to Orcas and San Juan Island, and to Victoria on Vancouver Island.
Victoria/San Juan Cruises’ Victoria Star 2 makes daily summer crossings to Victoria, B.C. Departs the cruise terminal at 9:00 am. Call (800) 443-4552. San Juan Island Commuter offers a summer-only passenger ferry from Bellingham to Friday Harbor, Orcas and four other San Juan Islands. Call (888) 734-8180.

Lummi Island Ferry: Hourly car ferry departs Gooseberry Point. Take I-5 Exit 260. Call (360) 676-6692.
Port of Bellingham:The Port of Bellingham operates a number of the transportation connections within Whatcom County including the airport, marinas, cruise terminal, and Fairhaven Station, where Amtrak train and bus services are located. (360) 676-2500

Buses
Whatcom Transportation Authority (WTA) has more than 30 routes that link Whatcom County communities. Fares are currently 75 cents a ride. (360) 676-RIDE.
