November is Feast Month at Chuckanut Brewery’s Kitchen

Looking to experience a different kind of food every time you visit the same restaurant? Look no further than Chuckanut Brewery & Kitchen in November to feed your inner glutton! Every day a new Feast Month special will be on the menu at the Kitchen (601 W Holly St, Bellingham) to pair with amazing award winning beers. The Kitchen will offer different appetizer, sandwich, salad and entrée specials that are all new and exciting every day in the month of November. Special entrees like Philly cheese steak sandwich with our beer braised brisket, roasted peppers, onions, mushrooms, pepper jack cheese topped with a roasted garlic aioli on a hoagie roll might appear on the menu in November. Or for something completely different you might find a starter with Cajun Salmon Cakes and lemon caper aioli. And for entrees you might find Chicken Schnitzel with butter garlic spaetzle and krautsalat or German meatballs with creamy mushroom sauce and mashed potatoes with a side of maple roasted brussel sprouts. If you really want to taste out of your comfort zone you might be lucky enough to find Israeli Couscous Salad with peppers, olives, oregano, red wine vinegar, feta and basil on a bed butter lettuce on the specials menu. Some days the special might be a dessert like Banana Pudding with beer caramel. Whatever day or night you visit make sure to take a look at the November Feast Month specials and order something completely different from our regular menu. The regular menu will also be available as usual and don't forget both Chuckanut Brewery locations will be closed on Thanksgiving Day.         We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
