Swim Club wants to help Bellingham bring the good times home! Starting this week, we will be making to go cocktail kits available. With a dedicated website where you can order, pay and select your preferred pickup day and time, we will be ready to fill your order and your glasses easily and from a safe distance.
Our Beverage Director, Dennis Schafer, has selected five of Swim Club’s most loved cocktails and will be batching each mix to order. The mixers will be packaged for curbside pick-up with just the right amount of factory-sealed spirits and detailed instructions so you can be the master of your home bartending domain! Included in the purchase price will be a bag of plantain chips which pair perfectly with our tropical sippers.
We are also selling canned Sparkling Caipirinha’s from one of Swim Club’s favorite producers of fine spirits, Novo Fogo. 100% of the gross profits from the sales of these canned cocktails will be matched by the Restaurant Worker’s Community Foundation and donated to national relief funds for the hospitality industry. Make sure to add a few Caipirinha’s to your order so you can raise a can to your friends in the business.
