The Capitol Steps at Mount Baker Theatre Nov. 4, 2018

Mount Baker Theatre in Bellingham, WA announces a 3:00 p.m. matinee performance of political satire and musical comedy from Washington DC touring troupe The Capitol Steps on Sunday, November 4, 2018. This company has been producing timely, bipartisan humor on world politics and culture for 37 years.  Troupe members have 62 collective years of House and Senate work experience prior to their lives as entertainers.  Expect good-natured parodies, skits, and satire. Since they began, the Capitol Steps have recorded over 35 albums, including their latest, Make America Grin Again. They've been featured on NBC, CBS, ABC, and PBS, and can be heard twice a year on National Public Radio stations nationwide during their Politics Takes a Holiday radio specials. Part of the mission of Mount Baker Theatre is to bring world-class entertainment to Bellingham as the local hub for live performing arts.
