The Western Washington University Department of Athletics has announced that the 30th Annual KeyBank Viking Night Dinner & Auction will be held on Friday, September 13, 2019 inside Carver Gymnasium on the WWU campus in Bellingham, WA.

Viking Night is recognized as one of the premier social events in Whatcom County with a huge gathering of Western boosters attending each year. The 30th edition of the fundraiser features the theme of celebrating Viking Greats and will begin with a silent auction and cocktail hour from 5:30-7 pm, followed by a dinner and live auction from 7-9 pm.

We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
