The Red Chador Exhibit: Genesis I by Anida Yoeu Ali

The Red Chador: Genesis I by Anida Yoeu Ali is an installation and performance work of the Cambodian American Muslim artist Anida Yoeu Ali interrogates the artistic, spiritual, and political collisions of hybrid transnational identity. Her recent works directly confront the misrepresentation of Muslim women in an era of heightened Islamophobia.
