Yoga & Sound Therapy

Bring a blanket and yoga mat to Maritime Heritage Park’s pavilion and enjoy 15-minutes of gentle yoga before the soothing sound vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and bells for deep relaxation. Sessions are hosted by either Everitt Allen of Sound Therapy of the Pacific Northwest or Kristi Moseley of Mystic Heart Vibrational Sound Meditation. Five dates to choose from!

DAY/DATES: Session 1: Friday, May 13 with Kristi

Session 2: Friday, May 27 with Kristi

Session 3: Friday, June 3 with Everitt

Session 4: Friday, August 26 with Everitt

Session 5: Friday, September 2 with Everitt

TIME: 5:30-6:30 pm

AGES: All ages

LOCATION: Maritime Heritage Park (pavilion in case of bad weather)

COST: $5 each session. 

Please register and pay fee to secure indoor program. Feel free to drop-in if program is outdoors.
