Birch Bay Kite Festival Day 1

Kite Festival is back! Come join the fun in Birch Bay! Enjoy vendors, kids' activities & yard games hosted by Blaine-Birch Bay Park & Recreation District 2, and family-friendly interactive entertainment and prizes throughout the day.

  • 12 p.m. - 2 p.m. Hotdog fundraiser for Friends of Birch Bay Library.
  • 1 p.m.- 2 p.m. Story Hour with community members.
  • 7 p.m. Paint with Doug - A kids painting lesson (Registration Required)
  • 9:30 p.m. Outdoor Movie on the Lawn - grab your lawn chairs and enjoy ENCANTO!
