Yoga & Sound Therapy at the Park

Bring a blanket and yoga mat to Bloedel and enjoy 15-minutes of gentle yoga before the soothing sound vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and bells for deep relaxation. Sessions are hosted by either Everitt Allen of Sound Therapy of the Pacific Northwest or Kristi Moseley of Mystic Heart Vibrational Sound Meditation.

Time: 5:30-6:30pm: check in 5:25pm, yoga 5:30-5:45pm, 5:45-6:30 sound therapy
