Yoga & Sound Therapy

Bring a blanket and yoga mat to Bloedel and enjoy 15-minutes of gentle yoga before the soothing sound vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and bells for deep relaxation. 

Sessions are every fourth Friday hosted by either Everitt Allen of Sound Therapy of the Pacific Northwest, Kristi Moseley of Mystic Heart, and Ruby Koa of Inspire Studio. 

Days/Dates: Session 1: Friday, Jan 27 with Everitt, Session 2: Friday, Feb 24 with Everitt, Session 3: Friday, March 24 with Ruby, Session 4: Friday, April 28 with Kristi 

All ages (recommended for 7+) 5:30-6:30pm: check in 5:25pm, yoga 5:30-5:45pm, 5:45-6:30 sound therapy
