Paint the Town Pink 5K

We are inching our way closer to springtime, and here at the Ferndale Chamber that means we are thinking about our beloved Flower Basket Program and the pink baskets that line Main Street. This year, we are excited to bring back one of our previous Chamber events - the spring fun run - with a bit of a twist - this year we are hosting a Paint the Town Pink 5K with the proceeds of the event benefitting our Flower Basket Program.

The run will take place on Saturday, April 29 - kicking off at NOON at Pioneer Pavilion. Runners will make their way through downtown Ferndale before ending at FrinGe. Registration is $35 and all ages are welcome.

We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
