POUND: Rockout–Workout!

Join Mind Body & Soul Fitness for this cardio jam session inspired by drumming. POUND is a full body work-out combining cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates inspired movements. 

We’ll supply RipStix, lightly weighted drumsticks that are made for exercising and yoga mats. This workout is easily modifiable and designed for all fitness levels. Let loose, tone up, gain energy, and rock out with POUND!

Occurs: Every week on Monday Wednesday, until October 18, 2023
