From food and medicine to tools and materials, we will focus on the multifaceted relationships between indigenous peoples of this region and the botanical bounty that surrounds us. Whether you are a nature enthusiast, a budding ethnobotanist, or simply curious to learn more about the deep connection between people and plants, this course offers a unique opportunity to expand your understanding of the rich cultural and ecological heritage of the Salish Sea.
