The traditional greeting to the season, 108 sun salutations brings us together to clear the old and make space for what’s ahead. Accessible to all levels, this is an empowering experience that will prepare you for autumn; a time of letting go of what no longer serves you. Join Jen this equinox for a practice you won’t forget!
