Sound Therapy

Bring a blanket and yoga mat and enjoy soothing sound vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and bells for deep relaxation. 

Sessions are hosted by either Everitt Allen of Sound Therapy of the Pacific Northwest, Kristi Moseley of Mystic Heart, or Ruby Koa of Inspire Yoga.
