Join us for a family-friendly, thought-provoking evening at Backcountry Essentials new store at 1417 N State St.! We're showing two impactful documentaries. Connect with others and be inspired to make a difference. Beverages and snacks will be provided. We hope to see you there! 

Ivy Eyes – Growing a Movement to Save Trees In Whatcom County. A short documentary by Whatcom Million Trees Project, Ivy Eyes explores the challenges of invasive English Ivy, why it poses a threat to our local ecosystem, and what we can do to take action and help restore balance. 

Common Ground - “A deep and rich humanization of regenerative agriculture that inspires and educates..” Journey with independent farmers using traditional Indigenous techniques to regenerate the land. A multiple-award-winning, inspiring look at how sustainable farming can heal both our planet and our communities.
