MegaZapper Show

“This is not a movie. We’re going to do this live, right here in this room, right before your eyes. Let’s go!”

A SPARK employee stands in front of the darkroom, his voice excited.  A group of visitors sits in rapt attention, eyes wide with anticipation. Suddenly, 4.5 million volts of electrical potential light up the room as 12-foot lightning bolts snake their way toward the MegaZapper cage, whose frightened inhabitant shrieks with pleasure.

John Jenkins, SPARK Museum president, says this about the show: “It is sort of Franklin meets Frankenstein – science reality meets science fiction fun.”

This live-action science and history show is perfect for families, group tours, school field trips and even couples looking for a fun date day that is “So Bellingham.” Plan a trip to Bellingham for a day or a weekend and make sure to save time for a visit to SPARK museum! You’ll be glad you did.
