The Bellingham Cruise Terminal will be celebrating the winter holidays with a stunning outdoor viewing experience featuring lights, decorations and a giant “snow globe decorating the windows of the Bellingham Cruise Terminal.
The outdoor viewing experience will be available for viewing December 3-25, 2020 and take the place of the annual Holiday Port festival to protect community members against the dangers of holiday gatherings during the Covid pandemic.
