Event Details:

Join RE Sources and partners for a community forum and opportunity to meet and chat with candidates. Program starts at 5:45 p.m. sharp, when candidates will answer questions about housing affordability and access, ending systemic racism, environmental justice, reducing carbon emissions, and ensuring diversity and equitable decision-making at City Hall.

The forum will be moderated by Ceci Lopez, a professor at the Fairhaven College of Interdisciplinary Studies, board member at Bellingham Community Food Co-op, and a Fellow at the Washington Leadership Institute.

Co-hosted by RE Sources for Sustainable Communities, Kulshan Community Land Trust, Whatcom Human Rights Task Force, HomesNOW Not Later, Whatcom Housing Alliance, 350 Bellingham, Walk Bike Bus Bellingham, Habitat for Humanity, and community leaders and equity specialists, Amanda Grelock and Terrance Morris.
