Come join us for this Cider U showcasing the delicious talents of Chef Todd Alan Martin.

Chef Todd Alan Martin started in the culinary industry over 10 years ago in Nashville as a prep cook, and then moved into the fine dining. He then put himself through culinary school at CIA in San Antonia to learn more about the foods of the America’s. After completing school he opened Treehouse Nashville in 2013, an American style cuisine restaurant, in Nashville Tennessee, and then moved to the PNW in 2016 and worked with Jerry Traunfield (of Herbfarm) at Poppy’s in Seattle before taking a job as replacement chef at Hundred North here in Bellingham. You can now find Chef Todd Alan Martin’s thoughtful, creative and extremely delicious plates at Swim Club, Gainsbarre and a yet-to-be-named bar opening soon in downtown Bellingham, as he is the head of their culinary programs.

As we like to keep all things approachable and fun, Chef Todd Alan Martin will be bringing in some fancy schmancy hand pies and herbs for you to taste along with a flight of cider. There will be a meat option as well as a vegetarian option for folks to choose from, or you can have one of each we just need to know ahead of time. Tuition includes hand pie & herb tasting, flight of four ciders, coupon for 15% off bottle sales the evening of the event, $30 for one or $40 for two handpies. When purchasing your ticket for this event please choose between the three options for the hand pies so that we can make sure to have enough for everyone attending. We will be closing ticket sales on the Thursday prior to Cider U in order to give Chef Todd Alan Martin a head count. See you in class!
