Event Details:

Meet the fabulous woman behind so many of our imported French ciders at our final installment of Cider U before we head into Winter Break. Joan Harkins, owner of Beauchamp Imports and FrenchCider.com, will be visiting us from Seattle for a special appearance with very special ciders perfect for Thanksgiving dinner. We are the only bottle shop in Bellingham that carries these products, so it’s truly a unique opportunity to learn and taste from an expert.

Joan not only imports, but visits the producers of amazing cider in Normandy and Brittany and learns their techniques, passions, and history. She’s a wealth of knowledge and stories that will be paired with four of her specialty ciders and we will provide cheese and crackers to go alongside. We’ll stock up on bottles so you can take some to go and share with friends and family at your Thanksgiving gatherings! Students receive 15% off bottles, so it’s a great value and a FUN Monday. See you in class!

*Please note the difference in time for this session. Class starts at 6pm!*
