JOIN DR. HENRY CURME FOR A FREE VIRTUAL MOBILITY WORKSHOP AND Q & A!

CHOOSE A DATE/TIME:
Wednesday, August 19th at 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, August 22nd at 11:00 a.m.

We know it can be difficult to find moments for ourselves right now, but you only need a couple of minutes here and there to make a difference for your body!

What the workshop includes:
-Simple body-weight activities
-Easy exercises using common household items
-Movements to keep your back, hips, and knees feeling great

This workshop will focus on easy and efficient movements that you can do from your own home. By targeting accessory muscle groups, Dr. Curme will teach participants quick, key movements that can have significant, long-term impacts on your overall mobility and joint health.
