Howl-o-ween Bellingham’s First Annual Dog Parade

Howl-o-ween is the first annual dogs in costume parade in Downtown Bellingham. Everybody with a costumed dog can sign in on the day of the parade. The suggested donation of $5 will benefit the Whatcom Humane Society. The first fifty interested participants can also enter our costume contest.

The parade will proceed around Railroad Ave on the block between Magnolia and Champion. We are setting up at the corner of Railroad and Champion.
