The Multi-faith Network for Climate Justice – MNCJ – is sponsoring the showing of the film “2040” in partnership with the Pickford Cinema!
The Pickford will be streaming this film during the entire ALL IN for Climate Action Week (12:00 a.m. on 9/21 to 11:59 p.m. on 9/27), giving viewers ample and convenient times to watch it from home. Afterwards, join David Roberts on September 25th from 6:30-8:00 p.m. on Zoom.

David Roberts is a scientist and well-known local expert on climate change. He is the co-owner and President of Kulshan Services, which offers climate and sustainability planning for businesses, community groups, and governments. He recently facilitated the work of the City of Bellingham’s Climate Action Task Force, who provided specific recommendations to the City for meeting its aspirational climate goals.
About the film “2040”: Motivated by his 4-year-old daughter, Velvet, and concern for the planet she will inherit, award-winning film director Damon Gameau embarks on a global journey to meet the innovators and change makers pioneering the best solutions already available to us today to improve the health of our planet and societies.
