Learn how to bring your own tasty treat to the holiday table with chef Annalee Dunn. You will learn how to make 2-3 menu items that are allergen-free.
Pantry items you should have at home: Favorite root vegetable (carrots, parsnips, beets or potatoes), vegetable oil, pears or apples, maple syrup or brown sugar, fresh or dried cranberries, bread of your choice (baguette works great!) cheese (or alternative) of your choice (brie or cream cheese), fresh or dried rosemary or parsley. OPTIONAL: nuts of your choice, whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
Recipes will be emailed to you after registration.
Ages: 4-15 (with adult supervision)
