Join us upstairs at the Prime Sports Institute for a FREE talk. Massage Practitioner, Rhys Webb will teach you self-massage active release techniques for the forearm, wrist and hands.
These techniques can be included in your warm-up and training sequence as a preventative measure to decrease injury and benefit performance. This class can be helpful for bicyclists, paddlers, and racket sport athletes.
Benefits include increased flexibility, circulation and injury prevention for repetitive strain injuries – carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS), thoracic outlet syndrome(TOS), tennis and golfers elbow.
