Just in time for spring cleaning!
Carolyn Koehnline, Bellingham author, psychotherapist, and clutter coach, will discuss her upcoming book, Clearing Clutter as a Sacred Act, at Village Books, 1200 11th Street in Bellingham’s Fairhaven district, Saturday, April 6, from 4-6 p.m. The event is free.
Carolyn is known for her compassionate approach to clearing physical, mental, emotional, and schedule clutter. In Clearing Clutter as a Sacred Act, she offers a host of rich insights and simple tasks and activities that can transform the clutter-clearing process into a meaningful experience that honors life’s transitions and makes room for what matters.
“Carolyn Koehnline is a masterful guide through the process of healing the relationship…we have with our stuff…She offers perspective, practices, and permission to intentionally release what no longer serves, while inviting [us] to consider ‘What are you making space for?’”—Deborah Ross, LPC, CJT, co-author of Your Brain on Ink.
