Tiny Onion Cooking School’s Chef Annalee Dunn will teach you how to prepare a low sodium, low-cal chicken and veggies entrée!
Pantry items needed: Chicken breasts or thighs, a can of artichoke hearts, lemon, parsley, garlic, olive oil. Couscous or rice, foil wrap or parchment paper, and spices to play with (any combination of these will work: oregano, basil, thyme, paprika, a za’atar spice blend would be perfect for this.) Vegetables of your choice (you don’t need all of these, we will work with what you have…some possibilities include: zucchini, tomatoes, potatoes, red onion, carrots, broccoli, asparagus. Optional ingredients: plain yogurt, cucumber, mint.
