Event Details:
Salmon are an essential food source for our resident orca pods. Join NSEA and Whatcom Conservation District (WCD) to celebrate orcas by restoring critical salmon habitat along the Nooksack River in Ferndale.
We will work together to plant his property, owned by WA Department of Fish & Wildlife, in order to conserve the habitat that salmon thrive in. Parking will be available at the farthest south gravel parking lot at the Northwest Indian College.
