Event Details:

Throw on your finest puffy jacket and venture into the great outdoors for a culinary exploration built for a true Pacific Northwesterner. Semiahmoo and a collection of Columbia Hospitality restaurants are coming together to bring to you the Puffy Jacket Pop-Up, a limited-time dining series that celebrates the PNW in all its glory, through rustic food and cozy cocktails, stunning outdoor settings, and a truly unique experience. Venture across Washington and the Oregon Coast to try a whimsical menu at each restaurant and savor the bounty of our region the way it’s meant to be enjoyed, surrounded by natural beauty. Hey, we’re in the PNW – a little cold never stopped us from enjoying a good meal.

Seating at Packers is first come, first served happy hour style. Order at the bar then head outside to enjoy your meal around the bonfire. Still hungry? Head to Packers for dinner afterward, then end the night with s’mores on the beach.

VIEW MENU
Packers is going literal with Puff Pastry Hand Pies chock full of local ingredients like Sage & Sky lamb, Nerka Salmon, and Samish Bay Cheese. Pair your pie with a Hot OF (improved winter Old Fashioned) or a Million Degree Margarita.

MAKE IT A TRIP
Make it a trip and book our Puffy Jacket room package, which includes 15% off your stay at Semiahmoo Resort, a $15 dining credit, and a keepsake Puffy Jacket camp mug.

TRY ONE OR TRY THEM ALL
The Puffy Jacket Pop-Up is happening at 12 locations across the PNW, all with unique menus and experiences. Check out the full list and clear your schedule to visit your favorites by March 27.

STAY SAFE
It is the mission of the Puffy Jacket Pop-Up to provide a safe dining option for our guests, while supporting local restaurants and keeping our valued hospitality teams employed. All participating locations will be following Columbia Clean health and safety standards.
