We will make delicate paper flowers together that you can gift or keep.
The Max Higbee Center and Bellingham Parks and Recreation join forces to provide individuals with disabilities skillshare projects and supplies! Every fourth Monday of the month Max Higbee friends will lead you through a fun project. All supplies will be delivered to you the Friday before!
