Event Details:

Have you ever wanted to learn more about the stream in your neighborhood, including which fish and wildlife call the stream home, what projects have been completed to restore the stream, and what you can do to help? Well, now you can!

Join City of Bellingham staff during Whatcom Water Week for a tour of Squalicum Creek, which will include information about our upcoming Squalicum Creek Re-route Phases 3 & 4 restoration project. We will meet at the Sunset Pond parking lot.

Don’t miss our two other stream tours during Whatcom Water Week:
– Padden Creek: Tuesday, September 17 from 6-7 pm at the pavilion at Fairhaven Park.
– Whatcom Creek: Thursday, September 19 from 6-7 pm at the Geri Fields parking lot.

Please email habitat@cob.org or call 360-778-7971 for more information. Learn more about our local watersheds and habitat restoration projects by visiting www.cob.org/habitat.
