I just ate the most incredibly delicious grilled chicken sandwich on a gluten free bun at Elizabeth Station in Bellingham. The bun was soft and delicious, but did not fall apart in my hands. It was a “gluten freer” bun made locally by Bellingham Flatbread bakery, which I highly recommend. The sandwich was warm and hearty, with melted cheese and grilled peppers. It was a fantastic lunch in an informal, fun atmosphere.

Elizabeth Station is a unique new venue in Bellingham. It opened in March 2012.
