BAAY Theater Presents: East of the Sun and West of the Moon March 3-12

This classic Norwegian folk tale is brought to life by BAAY Theater students ages 9-12, March 3 – 12, 2017 in Bellingham. In the story, a princess who has fallen on hard times must travel to a kingdom “East of the Sun and West of the Moon” to rescue her best friend from trolls. Her dangerous quest is aided by powerful friends and unlikely allies.

Directed by BAAY Executive Director Ian Bivins, this show explores puppetry effects and a physical approach to acting and character creation. The performances will also feature an original live sound score created by Evan Ingalls and Damian Cade. Tickets $10 on sale now at baay.org.
