Chuckanut Brewery & Kitchen 2019 Annual Spring Beer Dinner Apr. 28

Spring has sprung and that means it’s time for the Chuckanut Brewery & Kitchen’s annual spring beer dinner on April 28, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. inside the brewery at 601 W Holly St in Bellingham, WA. This year chef Jabez Yohannes has a great five-course dinner he will be pairing with some of your favorite Chuckanut beers. Brewmaster Will Kemper will be on hand to talk about some of the history and interesting trivia surrounding each of the beers. This special dining event features five gourmet dishes, each expertly paired with a Chuckanut beer:

Course 1: Mexican Style Lager paired with a Spring Egg (pickled quail egg in nest of shredded spring veggies)
Course 2: Dortmunder Lager with Wild Mushroom Croquettes & micro basil greens
Course 3: Schwarz bier with Creme d’Asparagus soup and crispy leeks
Course 4: Maibock with Chicken Cordon Bleu dressed in a Kolsch buerre blanc, potato galette accompanied by balsamic roasted spring veggies
Course 5: New World Hop Ale and a Strawberry Pots de Creme

Tickets are $70.65 per person, all inclusive (beer, food, service, tax). This dinner is the fitting ending to Bellingham Beer Week. You won’t want to miss it, tickets are limited.

Chuckanut Brewery & Kitchen located at 601 West Holly St, Bellingham was awarded the National Small Brewpub/Brewer of the Year 2009 and National Small Brewery/Brewer of the Year 2011 at the Great American Beer Festival (GABF). The full service “Kitchen” serves from 11:00 a.m. every day to guests of all ages with an eclectic fresh local menu. South Nut’s Tap Room is in the heart of Skagit Valley, 11937 Higgins Airport Way, Burlington and welcomes guests of all ages.
