Hotel Bellwether’s Lighthouse Bar & Grill is proud to begin offering a premier waterfront dining experience seven days a week as we reopen our doors for lunch and dinner service throughout the week. Despite the challenges the state of our world has posed to this industry, our staff could not be more excited to resume work and provide our guests with the exceptional service they receive when dine with us on Bellwether Bay’s picturesque waterfront.
In addition to providing phenomenal service, we have been diligently working to create a safe space where our guests can gather and enjoy our Chef’s local and seasonal offerings while taking in the breathtaking views of the harbor and San Juan Islands. We are following all Washington State Covid-19 mandates and requirements and are closely monitoring CO2 levels as our large open windows allow the fresh, clean sea-breeze to flow through the now-open dining room. Our dining room has plenty of space and welcomes parties of 6 people or less with or without reservations. Our patio is also open and inviting with blankets washed between use, heaters, a large tent, and fireplaces to complete our cozy
waterside atmosphere. The public may order takeout, and in-house guests can chose between standard room service and dining at a table in the comfort of their guest room.
Executive Chef Scott Emerick has close relationships with local farmers and venders to ensure our guests’ experience is topped with nothing but the freshest seafood and produce plated up to perfection. Chef prepares curated specials that change with the season, and with February upon us as Hotel Bellwether’s romantic Month of Love, The Lighthouse Bar & Grill is guaranteed to be a date night destination with a menu that will send sparks flying.
We are optimistic about moving further into this new year and look forward to the coming days of having our dining room, patio, and terrace filled with enthusiastic diners toasting to new opportunities and togetherness.
Our new hours are as follows but are subject to change as we are eager to add extra hours for breakfast soon. Extended breakfast operations will increase in the month of February.
