The Lighthouse Bar & Grill at Hotel Bellwether in Bellingham, WA is thrilled to announce the release of their new summer menu. The waterfront restaurant leads the region in serving fine Northwest cuisine specializing in meticulously chosen and locally sourced ingredients. Executive Chef Michael Grogan has created a delicious selection of menu items ranging from land to ocean. New featured dinner items include a Baked Brie starter wrapped in phyllo with a house made jam, Alaskan Halibut with a truffled celery root puree, and a tender Maine Lobster Tail.
