BIPOC Walks is a program BY and FOR people of color in Bellingham to build community while spending time outdoors. We meet in different accessible parks once a month to get curious about local nature. This program is family-friendly and open to all ages. Come by yourself, with a friend, or bring the whole family to appreciate spending time outside and connect with new nature-loving friends. Summer is here and it’s time to explore the shore!
In June, July and August, we will be exploring at an extremely low negative tide, and frequently find hermit crabs, baby fish, sand dollars, and even water-shooting clams! Program is Free/By-Donation, but registration is required to get directions to our exact meeting location. To learn more or register, go to https://www.wildwhatcom.org/bipoc-walks
