Owners Kirby and Tina White opened this tiny joint in 2012, They took the name from the line Rainn Wilson utters in 'Juno' when he sees his friend's positive pregnancy test: "That ain't no Etch-a-Sketch. This is one doodle that can't be un-did, Homeskillet."
