Therpeutic Movement & Meditation

Make some time for yourself! Reset with a relaxing, somatic self-exploration and movement at an incredibly affordable price from a licensed therapist! We will use movement, meditation, and sound to explore our body's language of emotions. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket and yoga mat. Sessions are hosted by practicing therapist, Layla Jasper, MSW, LSWAIC of Jasper Connections, PLLC. Pre-registration is required.
