Yoga in the Park with Flow Motion

Flow Motion, LLC will be hosting a free yoga class in Pioneer Park at 10AM. Open to all ages who would be interested. This is the perfect thing to help you Namasta-y healthy and flexible! Please bring your own mat and water bottle.
