Open Heart: Cacao Ceremony and Sound Bath

Come warm your heart and soul with ceremonial drinking chocolate served alongside an immersive sound bath in a healing sanctuary. Join Magic Moon Medicine for our Summer Series Collaboration with Kara's Beauty Barn! This healing event will focus on opening and healing your heart. Drop down from your head and into your heartspace. This experience will guide participants in accessing realms that may be inaccessible to our conscious minds.

Cacao, or medicinal drinking chocolate, is a gentle heart healing medicine that can soothe and nurture your center. Paired with the vibration therapy of a sound bath, this one-of-a-kind event will move stagnant energy and encourage deep relaxation and whole-body healing.

Following our guided ceremony, stay and enjoy the Beauty Barn's facilities that include: a cold plunge, hot tub, sauna, affirmation alley, and firepit, - all in a beautiful natural environment.

We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
