Back by popular demand, Bitters Making 7.0 returns to Galloway’s for an intimate, hands-on class that blends history, creativity, and cocktail craft. Led by bartender and herbalist Amanda Shoemaker, this unique experience dives into the storied world of bitters—from their apothecary origins to their place behind today’s bar. Guests will explore a curated selection of herbs, spices, and botanicals to craft two custom blends, with expert guidance and plenty of room to experiment. Whether you're a cocktail connoisseur or a curious DIYer, this is your chance to create something personal and flavorful to take home.
