The Northwest Indian College is hosting its 16th annual Big Drive for Education. This year the college will be partnering with the NFL Alumni Association and Lady 12 to bring a celebrity Pro-Am golf tournament to Whatcom County. It will be held at the Homestead Farms Golf Club in Lynden on August 23, 2018 with a shotgun start at 10 a.m.
All teams are invited to the VIP reception the night before on August 22, sponsored by the Silver Reef Hotel Casino. This will be your chance to meet some of your favorite NFL alumni, pro golfers and there will be lots of games, prizes, and fun. There is room for teams of all price ranges. Sponsors at the Soaring Eagle level will get a foursome team plus an additional NFL alumni player. Sponsors at the Premier level will get two foursome teams plus an additional NFL alumni player for team 1 and an additional professional golfer for their second team. Each player on a sponsored team will get a gift certificate for the mobile Nike Golf pro shop at the tournament.
The proceeds will benefit the Northwest Indian College athletic department.
