Tickets will need to be purchased in advance and are all inclusive. The welcome beer is Helles Lager paired with an amuse bouche sour dough pretzel and smoked cheese sauce to set the pallet for all the great things to come. First course will be the new Filtered American Wheat made with Skagit Valley malts paired with a house-cured salmon with labneh and cucumber salad followed by British IPA paired with a roasted cauliflower & romanesco salad topped with NW hazelnuts. The main entrée course of malt rubbed pork shank served over smoked gouda grits will be paired with Chuckanut’s award winning Vienna Lager.         We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
