ABOUT ALLIED ARTS: Formed in 1979, Allied Arts of Whatcom County is a nonprofit 501(c)3 corporation dedicated to the arts in our region by empowering local artists through organized festivals and events, enriching our local school children through educational outreach programs, and working as a liaison to art enthusiasts of all ages to help make our region a creative, vibrant place to live. Allied Arts won a 2023 Governor's Arts and Heritage Award. Administrative offices, the Reuse Thrift Store and gallery space are located at 1213 Cornwall Ave. in Bellingham.

We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
