A Cheese Odyssey

At Ferndale Farmstead, three generations of Wavrin family produce artisan cheese crafted in Old-World, Italian cheesemaking tradition. So many auspicious and mythical things happen at farmers markets. Anyone who frequents them can tell you this. Farmers markets are the gathering places for magic-makers and seekers, of people who delight in subtle flavor variations of tomato varietals and the unique blush of pink-flesh apples.
