A dream, the reality, and one very long ferry trip to the last frontier.

DAY 1: Departure 

THE FIRST THING THE M/V KENNICOTT DOES IS GO BACK IN TIME. From its dock in Bellingham, the Alaska-bound ferry blasts a solid departure honk right at 6pm Pacific Standard Time.
