It is published by Bellingham resident and author Samantha Ferraro, founder of The Little Ferraro Kitchen food blog, and features 80 authentic, healthy and easy recipes that can be made on even the busiest of weeknights. With Samantha’s fresh and simple meals, readers can enjoy all of the amazing flavors and benefits of the Mediterranean diet, no matter how hectic their schedule. “Cooking is an art, but it doesn’t have to be time-consuming,” writes Samantha in the introduction. “Aromatic, flavor-punched meals should and can be enjoyed every day of the week.” Village Books will host Samantha for two free special events in August:
