Bellingham High School Family Holiday Movie Night Dec. 15

Bellingham High School's Technical Entertainment Crew welcomes the public to its second Movie Night fundraiser. TEC Club members will be showing 2004's The Polar Express and will serve a range of holiday-themed sugary delights for concessions before the movie and during intermission. Join the fun at 6 p.m. on December 15 at the Bellingham High School Performing Arts Center (2020 Cornwall Ave., Bellingham). Suggested $5 donation for admission at the door. Bellingham High School's Technical Entertainment Crew is a club at BHS that teaches students how to create designs for set, light, and sound, along with its operation, for the drama department's plays and musicals. This year we are raising funds so TEC club members can go to Seattle in the spring to see how professional shows operate and to study their design elements.

We acknowledge that Whatcom County is located on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. They cared for the lands that included what we’d call the Puget Sound region, Vancouver Island and British Columbia since time immemorial. This gives us the great obligation and opportunity to learn how to care for our surrounding areas and all the natural and human resources we require to live. We express our deepest respect and gratitude for our indigenous neighbors, the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe, for their enduring care and protection of our shared lands and waterways.
